Independent governance practice
FSG does not provide retirement-fund administration, risk-benefit broking, personal financial advice, transactional member servicing, claims processing or contribution administration. Our role is to advise on, design, implement, assess and measure governance.
Clear delivery boundary
FSG does not replace an administrator's routine operational or communication functions. Where legal, actuarial or regulated financial advice is required, we work with appropriately qualified and licensed specialists.
Outcomes, not activity
Good governance should be experienced and evidenced.

Fund Shield Governance was founded by Nazlie Seegers to close the gap between governance intent and evidence of effective practice.
Her experience spans retirement-fund administration, conduct and regulatory change, member and employer experience, stakeholder information governance, operations, technology enablement and board-level reporting. FSG brings these disciplines together in one practical, outcomes-focused governance partner.
